Storytime

Every Friday beginning at 10:30 a.m., September to May, the Liberty Library is abuzz with the sights and sounds of children! They enjoy stories, fun hands-on activities, crafts, and an occasional treat. Storytime is for children of all ages, accompanied by an adult. No pre-registration is required.

Selection Policy

All materials are subject to approval by the Library staff and church leadership. The focus of selection will be materials that support the various church programs, nurture the believer, proclaim the gospel, and call us to minister and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. Materials will be of sound doctrine, scriptural interpretation, constructive in influence and morally sound. They will support our belief in the development of the individual and Christian lifestyles.

Gift Policy

The most common and preferred gift is monetary, which is used for the purchase of new materials or furnishings. The donor and Library staff may determine specific needs regarding the choice of gift. Donations of gently used or new materials are accepted and must meet the same standards of the Selection Policy. Items may be added to the Library collection, disbursed to mission locations, other church libraries, or to persons needing resources. Copyright should be no more than 10 years, except for classics. Unless specified, donations will not be returned to the donor and provisional gifts will not be accepted.
