Kids

The desire of the Children's Ministry of Liberty is to prayerfully support parents in their responsibility as established in Deuteronomy 6:6-9. We are called and committed to do this through reaching your child with the love of God, providing an environment where your child has an opportunity to come into a relationship with Jesus, and teaching them to have a vibrant walk with Jesus so that one day they may have a heart like his.

Sundays in Kidville

Come on Sundays at 9:15 or 11:00 A.M. for your child to participate in fun activities and learn about the Bible! We have something for everyone, birth through 5th grade.

Wednesdays in Kidville

Preschool children will learn that God made them, He loves them, and He wants to be their friend! This will be an engaging time filled with music, singing, dancing, and crafts. K-5th graders worship together in a large group, high-energy atmosphere, packed with games, competitions, music, and teaching that make Scripture come to life. Chi Alpha

Greek for the term, “Christ First,” the high school student choir at Liberty Baptist Church in Hampton, VA had its first rehearsal in the fall of 2010. Membership in the choir does not require an audition, but does demand a commitment to rigorous rehearsal schedules and training seminars in order to be a part of its appearances and tours.

Adults

The Bible is clear that being a part of a small group is vital to growing in your relationship With Christ and other believers. Jesus led a small group of 12 men that ultimately changed the world. At Liberty, our small groups are called Connect Groups. We want everyone who attends Liberty to make three connections:

Connect with God, Connect with People, Connect with Service

Connect Groups are your GPS for getting connected to the people and ministries at Liberty. Being actively involved in a Connect Group will allow you to grow deeper in your relationship with God and help you get to know other people in the same stage of life.

Worship

We believe that the arts are a vital part of every other aspect of the church, and that worship is a foundational part of the other four purposes of the church (discipleship, evangelism/missions, service, and fellowship). God has gifted artists with talents that can make an enormous impact in the lives of people. It is in using those gifts through service to Him that we find our ultimate satisfaction and purpose in life. If you have been gifted with skills in the area of the creative arts, we hope that you will take a moment to read the information and discover the opportunities that exist for artists here at Liberty.
